Need to change your address? Email contactus@machine-fitness.com immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to update it before dispatch. Your confirmation email also includes a tracking link once shipped.
Dispatch & Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT on the same working day. Orders placed after this time, on Fridays, weekends, or UK bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation and a tracking number for tracked services.
Free Shipping Thresholds
We offer free worldwide standard shipping on orders over:
- £70 GBP
- €85 EUR
- $95 USD
If a faster service is selected during checkout, the order will ship on our standard free method when the threshold is met.
Carriers
We ship using Royal Mail Business Mail (Tracked 24 and Tracked 48), DPD, and APC. For international orders, your parcel is handed to your local postal service for final delivery once it leaves the UK.

- Typically 2–3 weeks

Free shipping promotions apply to standard services only. If a faster service is selected, free shipping covers the standard method.
Incorrect or incomplete address Click to expand
We are not responsible for packages that are not received due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
- If an order is returned to us for this reason, reshipment will require a new shipping fee.
- If you request a refund instead, we will deduct the actual postage cost we paid to ship the order.
- A handling fee will also be charged additionally at 10% of the order value.
Lost or damaged parcels Click to expand
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any supporting photos. We will raise a claim with the carrier. Carrier investigations can take 60–90 days to resolve. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
Customs & import fees Click to expand
